How Do I Place An Order?
Not Rocket Science.
Payment & Shipping
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
We carry out pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
Returns & Refunds
All sale item purchases are final, no exceptions. For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags. Please contact mailbox@whatchaneedonline.com for all order and return inquiries.
